Selected tee times for third round
Scores are extremely low in Mexico this week, requiring a 36-hole score of 5 under to advance.
Matti Schmid shot 64-63 to reach 17 under and is one shot ahead of his nearest rivals Nick Dunlap (-16) and Sami Valimaki (-16).
Germany’s Schmid, 27, is looking for his first PGA Tour win, as is Finland’s Valimaki, 27. Dunlap, 21, has two wins on tour, both coming in 2024.
Schmid, Valimaki and Dunlap will tee off together in the final group on Saturday at 12:42 p.m. ET.
