Sami Sheen Going to social media, listing every kind of cosmetic surgery procedure she is undergoing.
Appeared in a Tiktok video shared by Sami, 21, Sunday, April 6, revealing the extent of her work she did after revealing details of her nose job in August 2024 in the March 18 episode Denise Richards and her crazy things. (Sami’s parents are ex-husbands Denise Richards54, and Charlie Sheen59. )
“Obviously, I’ve made a lot of people angry with my nose work,” the only model started in her candid video. “So I think I’ll annoy more people by telling you all the work.”
Sami’s parents got married from 2022 to 2006, said: “For beginners, I started getting lip fillers when I was 18 and I get tinkering every year because I’m addicted. I absolutely hate that my lips don’t look like they have fillers and I continue to put my lips online and still go online. It’s an addiction.”
She then detailed the Botox on her forehead shortly after her first lip filling procedure, and although her eyebrows were “completely opposite”, she hoped that it would “lift” her eyebrows.
“I’m one of the rare people…it lowered my entire face down.” However, she soon discovered the nose filler.

“I did this on the nose and the bridge, trying to make it more straightforward and lift it up,” Sammy explained. “It kind of worked, but I just needed rhinoplasty.”
On March 18 of her mother’s reality TV series, Sami cried when she first saw the result of her nose job, telling Richards that she had always wanted a program that “for so long” and couldn’t believe that “it’s real life now,”
Sami also detailed her way of “let the girl finish” less than two years ago, detailing her breast implants “finally dropped completely”, adding that she wanted to get a fuller cup size. “When I re-do it, I’m sure bigger, I think I’ll go over the muscles, so they look more natural.”

She added that last year, “around this time,” she also added veneers to her enhancement list. “That was the worst process ever,” Sammy admitted. “Good thing, they don’t need to solve for another 20 years. Hopefully they lasted that long because I never want to go through that again.”
Sami concluded that she confirmed “this is everything” and provided the audience with two middle fingers before turning off the camera.
