Van Hollen said after meeting in El Salvador that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was in Cecot

During the trip, Van Hollen faced initial challenges when he tried to meet with Abrego Garcia.

Abrego Garcia is a native of El Salvador who entered the United States illegally in 2011.
In March, he was detained by U.S. immigration and customs law enforcement officers (ICEs) when he left work in Baltimore.
He and about 200 immigrants were flew toward the Trump administration to Secot in El Salvador.
