Hey Wordle player, the new pope is one of us

Perhaps the upcoming Wordle puzzle will include the word Papal. Chicago-born Cardinal Robert Prevost was selected as the first American pope ever, named Pope Leo Xiv. Despite his years of ministry in Peru, he may have something in common with his fellow Americans. According to an interview with his brother John, who lives in Illinois, the new pope likes the New York Times game words, playing scrabble-like game words with friends, and yes, he has seen the 2024 film conclusion, focusing on the fictional pope election.

NBC Chicago talks with the new pope’s brother, whose brother is overwhelmed. John Prevost said he spoke with his brother Tuesday before the meeting began and asked Robert Prevost, who was still the Cardinal, if he had seen the conference movie. It’s true that he has.
“He just finished watching the movie,” John Prevost told NBC Chicago. “I want to get rid of the idea of it and laugh at something. Because it’s a great responsibility now.”

According to NBC News, John Prevost also said his chat with his brother included “discussion words and playing words with friends.” Wordle is an online game for The New York Times, where players have six opportunities to guess a five-letter word. (CNET publishes answers to Wordle and other NYT puzzles every day.) Words with friends are another word game, but more like scrabble and can be played back and forth between two friends. Or brother. Or will soon become the Pope and his brother.

The Pope’s brothers also gave allegiance to St. Father’s Chicago baseball. Although Chicago Bear tries to ask him On social media, his brother confirmed that the pope was from the southern side of Chicago and was a White Sox fan.

While NBC’s quotes don’t say the new pope plays Wordle (they say he “discussed”), who discussed the puzzle of not playing? So when you start the next round of speech and be confused on those double letters, or put your brain in a way to use yellow letters you can’t put, think for yourself that the new pope is perhaps doing the exact same thing.
