Tommy Robinson releases from prison after ‘changing attitude’

Tommy Robinson, a far-right activist, was released from prison after a “change of attitude.”

The 42-year-old, named Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, left Milton Keynes’ HMP Woodhill on Tuesday after his 18-month prison sentence was reduced by four months in the High Court last week.

In a ruling, Judge Johnson said Robinson had “no well-being or remorse” but he showed “a change in attitude” since his sentence.

He gave a speech on X social media channel for about 20 minutes. His hair was longer than before, and his thick beard was worn with rosary around his neck.

Robinson wore a large (again, once again, made England great) Red Hat as he was welcomed by supporters of prison Gates – X/Trobinsonnewera

Robinson said he will organize a free speech festival for supporters in London later this year.

He was sentenced to jail in October after admitting to multiple violations of a 2021 ban, which prohibited him from repeatedly false allegations against Syrian refugee primary school students, which have successfully sued him for prosecution of defamation.

Robinson’s film about the case was silent, being pinned to the top of the profile on X throughout his imprisonment, but is now knocked down.

He is currently facing two separate court cases and was scheduled to appear in Westminster Magistrates Court on June 5, accused of harassing two journalists.

Robinson was charged with two counts of harassment, resulting in fear of violence between August 5 and July 7, 2024.

He also faces another trial next October when he was stopped by the Kent Police Department in July 2024 on allegations.
