Amanda Kempton, 32, made his first court appearance on Saturday, facing a hit rate from “million dollar beachfront villa” star Sara Burack. Kempton claimed through a lawyer that she did not see the victim on the Montauk Highway on Long Island earlier Thursday, instead, she thought she had hit a traffic cone. After escaping from the scene, investigators said she drove to a friend’s house with Sara’s pink suitcase under the car.
