Zac Affleck praises Jen Affleck for his “hard” natural birth experience

Zac, 28, took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 2 and reflected on the birth of their third child, Penelope.
Zach captioned his post, “I have to do a dedicated post for Jen before I drown your feed with endless photos of the perfect baby girl.” “Our doula told her, ‘You have to go to the stars to bring this baby back.’ I don’t think we’d expect how strong the actual fertility of a natural birth is.”
He continued: “It was a spiritual experience mixed with every possible emotion – one of the closest experiences we have ever had. It gave me a whole new appreciation and love and love for my wife I didn’t know.”
Zach said he was “very speechless about women’s outstanding performance, physical experiences and their abilities. I love you, Jen, thank you so much for bringing our beautiful kids into this world.”
In addition to writing that heartfelt title, he also revealed some behind-the-scenes photos of the labor process in which he comforted 26-year-old Jen, who experienced a painful contraction.

Jen announced Penelope’s arrival via Instagram on Wednesday, writing: “Not doing medicine is the most painful but enhanced experience of my life. I can’t do that without Zac and my supportive Doula! I’m so grateful and glad Penny is now on the side of the planet.”
