Somehow, the All-Star break is already on us. As usual, exempt wires tend to be used at this time of year, mostly cleanly selected. Full-time batsman, good starting pitcher and savings (most importantly) short supply, usually including about 60% of the blind hope. Unfortunately, because this matches the time that the competition team in one or two categories may be seriously lacking, action is needed to keep the championship dream.
