Bowman is seeking a restraining order against Madden, 46, according to court documents filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, July 30, and obtained by multiple sources. According to the court’s application, Bowman claimed that Madden felt “feared” when he was “crazy” after Madden was “camped”, claiming that it included “porn teenagers who solicited Lewd images.”
“I was completely traumatized by the defendants in court documents,” Bauman wrote. Billboard. “When I discovered this, I approached him about it and said I knew what happened. The defendant then beat me repeatedly.”
Bowman accused Madden of pushing her into the kitchen counter and chasing her outside their home and pushing her into the door.
“He put his arms around my abdomen and arms to restrain me. He then slammed my body onto the marble kitchen counter,” she wrote in court documents. “I felt pain in my hips and waist area. He pushed me to the ground, not in his mind. I landed on my knees. He kept screaming and calling me. He seemed crazy to me. I had never seen such anger and totally different person.”
According to the court’s documents people, Bowman discovered the so-called text after being reminded by a teenage girl, and she told Bowman that she reportedly received from Madden.

I needed to understand what was going on between them,” Bowman’s statement read. “When he denied it, I asked him to hand me the phone. He wouldn’t hand me his phone, but I could see that he quickly removed the evidence from his phone.”
According to the report, the screenshot text messages were submitted as part of a court document, which included a communication in which Madden described porn as “private and fake harmless fantasy” and insisted that the text “has nothing to do with real life.”

In the submission of text exchange, Madden allegedly texted Bowman: “I feel sad for my actions and any form of expressing these impulses. It’s all completely unacceptable. But I have to draw the boundaries with the characteristics I do.”
Bowman also accused Madden of “physically” abuse of her in another incident on May 14.
The judge approved a temporary restraining order that was in place until the regular court date on August 20. Madden played bass for the Maroon 5 from 1994 to 2020 and is currently in a rehabilitation facility.
Madden’s representative could not be found immediately for comment.
