Sean’Diddy’s comb’s lawyer confirms they have been linked to the Trump administration’s pardon

Nicole Westmoreland, a member of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ All-Star Defense Team, told CNN in an exclusive interview Tuesday that the Music Tycoons’ team has contacted the Trump administration and he may be pardoned after convicting two shipping charges last month.

“My understanding is that we have reached out and referred to the pardon,” Westmoreland said.

Last month, a jury convicted prostitution on two smaller charges of transport and acquitted the worst-sacrificing hip-hop tycoon – blackmail and trafficking. The comb is facing life in prison. Instead, he now faces a maximum sentence of 20 years — but, according to legal analysts, he is likely to serve his sentence.

Prosecutors have not formally said the verdict they are going to file – the verdict was not filed until September – but have previously said he could face a minimum 51 to 63 months in prison. In a document last week, they said their assessment could be “much higher.”

“The comb is a very promising person and I believe he is still hopeful,” Westmoreland said when asked about his feelings about his chances of pardon.

Prosecutors accused Comb of leading a criminal enterprise composed of some of his closest employees, accusing them of using threats, violence, forced labor, bribery and other crimes, forcing Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and another woman, Jane, “Jane”, to engage in “freakak offs offs offs offs offs” or “hotel night” with male escorts.

During the two-month trial, Combs’ defense attorneys focused most of their efforts on witnesses brought by prosecutors and tried to discredit witnesses.

The prosecution filed the case within six weeks and 34 witnesses were called during the federal criminal trial. Combs’ defense brought about a case of about 30 minutes, called Zero Witness. The comb did not testify.

Westmoreland said their strategy is to “talk the truth.”
“We don’t need a creative story. We don’t need to over-disclose. We know that telling the truth means being innocent. We know that he doesn’t have sex with anyone, we know that Rico is ridiculous. So we want to know, hey, hey, we’ll tell the truth, I believe that will work for this strategy.”
