Students who are sexually assaulted by California elementary school teacher at school

Authorities say a former Sacramento Elementary School teacher embellished many students with his position as head of the campus radio club and sexually assaulted them for years in the club’s private room.
Now, he can spend the rest of his life in prison.
Kim Kenneth Wilson, 64, pleaded guilty to nine felony counts and was sentenced to 215 years in prison on Friday, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. Prosecutors said he would be eligible for parole elders within 17 years.
Kim Kenneth Wilson was arrested by the Sacramento Police Department in 2023.

Wilson is a long-time teacher at Del Paso Heights Elementary School, where he founded the broadcast club, which has its own windowless, anti-compartment. Prosecutors said this is where most of his crimes occur.
After taking the kids to the room, he will have sex with them – often documenting or filming them. Prosecutors say he sometimes forces students to look at the camera while saying and portraying sexual behavior.
Authorities said he also sexually assaulted some young victims while hosting events at his home.
Prosecutors said when Sacramento police searched his home, they found some shocking discoveries — child-sized artificial genitals, a child-sized torso with artificial genitals, and a large number of recordings depicting the child Wilson attacked.
The Twin Rivers School District did not immediately respond to a request for comment about Wilson on Friday.
According to Sacramento Bee, Wilson and the Twin River Unified School District are also involved in two civil lawsuits related to student abuse, one of which settled for $6 million earlier this month.
The complaint was filed in January 2023, saying Wilson used his power position to sexually abuse women in sixth grade on school grounds during the 2014-15 school year.
“Wilson isolated the plaintiff in the classroom behind the closed and/or locked doors, in his classroom, a locked, windowless, windowless, silent room where he continued to take pictures of her, touching her breasts, kissing her, piercing her vagina with her hands and fingers, and forcing her to verbally touch him,” the complaint. ”
According to the complaint, the girl caused physical damage and shock to her nervous system, which continued to cause her psychological and physical pain. It further claimed that the district failed to supervise Wilson’s actions, allowing his misconduct to continue for years.
The second civil case filed in June 2023 outlines a similar history of alleged abuse – this time a 7-year-old female student in the 2013-14 school year.
The complaint said Wilson often pulled her to the radio room and took pictures during her normal classes and during her rest periods, and took pictures of the genitals of second-year students. The complaint said he had at least once he instructed her to put the sausage in his mouth when he took pictures of her from multiple angles.
The complaint said the district knew or should have known about Wilson’s sexual abuse of several young students and failed to protect them. The case remains open in the Sacramento County Superior Court.
