Deck review below: Captain Carey summons a conversation with Solene inappropriate
Below the deck‘ Solène Favreau Learned her lesson after interacting with her boss “discomfortable” Captain Kerry.
Solène’s bad work ethic captures the chief steward in the hit Bravo series on Monday, September 1 Fraser OlenderNotice. He tried to stop her from resting by asking Mauen Hugo Ortega Chat with the deck staff and don’t distract Soln. The stew quickly grabbed the wind of request and tried to track down who it came from.
Solène attempts to figure out the order becomes an awkward interaction with Kerry, and she accuses him of giving the order. The captain was not excited about how the crew raised the topic and spoke to him during lunch.
“My understanding is that Fraser asked the deck staff to stop distracting so you can get the job done,” he told Solène. “Because he wants you to succeed at work.”
Kerry expounds his frustration with Solein in one confession. He added: “I don’t think she knows much about how to talk to your boss, especially the captain.”
Fraser is then pulled into the captain’s dormitory to discuss Solène’s next steps. Although Fraser didn’t want to fire Solène, he wasn’t sure how to proceed in the final charter. Meanwhile, Kerry had an open conversation with Solène, using this as an example of how much progress she still had to make.
“I just want to have disturbing conversations on the table,” Kerry said. “I was a little lost. She was a little bolder when she came out like that. Let her know that it was inappropriate. I’m not her partner.”

According to Fraser, viewers should expect to fire or both.
“There are shooting. There are hires.” He laughed US Weekly in May. “There’s the rest of the catastrophe, right and center. But I can’t tell you how dramatic and fun this season is. It’s uninterrupted.”
Fraser continued: “I’m so glad to get into this season. I think I’ve grown a lot since I first started the show – you never know you’re going to be a crew member. But I just want to make sure that in any season, this is where I want my crew to do my best. I want harmony, I want peace and friendship and friendship and peace.
