“Philadelphia Karen” baked online after the Miami baseball game: “I don’t want to be hers now
A confrontation broke out in Miami’s Loandepot Park on Friday night after a baseball was thrown into the stands – a woman known as “Phillies Karen” took it away for possession of a 1-year-old boy.
As one put it on X: “Man, Phillies Karen is definitely baked for stealing balls from kids. Don’t want to be her right now.”

The home run was hit near that woman, who immediately caught it. Unfortunately for her, nearby Philadelphia fans ran over and scalped it, then immediately took it to his young son. Not stopped, the woman approached the man and yelled at him obviously. The man finally gave the woman the ball.
The communication was soon online, and the internet immediately decided that the woman was wrong and the father was right – mainly because the woman’s seat was near the flight path of the ball, and the man had to cross several seats, she thought he had pulled it from the grip.

Others noted that the Marlins gave the 10-year-old a lot of gifts after notifying the incident.

Others on X pointed out that the ball was hit in the woman’s seat – the father was the one who tried to catch it.
“That was her seat. This woman was insulted throughout social media when the man ran over and grabbed it. …I hate this bullshit. Why do you think it’s easy for dad to give it up?”
