President Donald Trump drooped his right side on Thursday at the 9/11 commemoration in the Pentagon, which has attracted attention, heightened public and social media speculation about its health.
Trump made an appearance at an event held on September 11, 2001, at the 24th anniversary event, killing nearly 3,000 people in the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia and the Twin Towers in New York City and Pennsylvania.
In recent months, he and his team have attributed “too many handshakes.” According to Blavity, the four-day disappearance from the public eye further sparked speculation about his well-being.

“Trump looked absolutely terrible during the 9/11 ceremony at the Pentagon,” Messelas said. “His face was drooping and he didn’t seem to know where he was.”
Trump, 79, will be the oldest president in U.S. history, and his second term ends in 2029, when he will be 82 years old. Some attribute his recent health to older age, while others share their thoughts on social media platforms, noting that Trump may have suffered a stroke, which explains why the right side of his face has sagged.
Social media users speak out about Trump’s health
Writer, comedian and podcast Jeremy Kaplowitz participated in X, formerly Twitter, and shared his thoughts on Trump’s health.
“So, guys like 100% have a stroke right,” he wrote in a post Thursday.
Professor, policy consultant and investigative journalist Adam Cochran shared similar views.
“At when do we know the president’s stroke? He is sick and healthy and has given respect appropriately to those who died on 9/11 and can hardly control the right side of his face.”
With the photos of the event and the videotape of the president condemning the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, another user commented: “This Trump is not the same as yesterday’s video. Is this why they have to use AI? Did Trump suffer a stroke? That’s why he’s been missing for 7 days?”
Others shared: “People say that the video Trump posted yesterday looked like AI. After seeing his photos at a live event today, his face showed clear, obvious signs of stroke; signs that others were covered up by AI in his videos.”
Despite social media speculation about his health, neither the White House nor Trump provided any confirmation of a stroke.
