High Potential Actor Dazzles Steve Howey’s Mysterious Character in Season 2
High potential Fans must watch Season 2 to learn more about who Steve HoweY is playing – but the actors lose some teasing about his mysterious character.
period US WeeklyThe cast made a visit to Fox Studios in Los Angeles, and the cast hinted at how Howey’s Nick Wagner adapted to the equation of major crimes.
“We have a new guy in town, confuse with the lives of people in the area. There is a new sheriff in town,” laughed Judy Reyes, who plays Selena. “I think that creates all kinds of friction, competition and complexity in relationships, especially with Selena Soto being involved because she’s used to the person in charge.”
Reyes points out that Wagner’s introduction will greatly affect Selena’s arc.
“The character of Steve Howey is really opened by this group of people, and he wants to be such a bad part of it,” she shared. “He continues to inject himself into the environment and creates some drama.”
High potentialPremiered in September 2024, following a high potential intellectual named Morgan (Kaitlin Olson) Work with LAPD to help resolve murder cases. She paired with Karadec (Daniel Sunjata), initially skeptical about how Morgan assisted the main crime department, but eventually began to rely on her.
Raising the ant on the screen in Season 2 has led to some new faces, including Howey with recurring cast members and Mekhi Phiferthe name of its character has not even been publicly announced.

According to the official character description, Howie’s character Nick is “a guy who can start a million fundraisers with his smile” and “has subversive tenacity and loves a box that thinks like Morgan”. The description continues: “He has a way of putting himself in the middle of his action…whether he wants it there or not.”

Akdeniz is excited for some new faces in Season 2.
“Since their characters put the characters in the storyline and went into the dynamics of that family we built in the area in the first season, there was more conflict and more to play,” he continued. “We’ve been doing this all season and they came in and we’re really lucky that they’re so cute.”
High potential On Tuesday, September 16, return to ABC at 10 pm ET and then play it on Hulu the next day.
