His eighth film, writer and director quentin tarantino came up with a western thriller he called The Hateful Eight. Kurt Russell John “The Executioner” Ruth plays a man who’s hard to like, but few would question his reputation as a bounty hunter. His latest bounty is “Crazy” Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh), chained to his arm as they traveled in a stagecoach. As a blizzard approaches, Ruth reluctantly allows fellow bounty hunter Major Warren (samuel jackson) and Chris Mannix (Walton Goggins) join them.
When the group arrives at Minnie’s Haberdashery, Ruth can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right as he’s surrounded by strangers, including Joe Gage (Michael Madsen), bob (Chris Mannix) and Confederate General Sanford “Sandy” Smithers (Bruce Dern). Ruth is unsure if he can trust this group, or even the two men he rides into town with. But with the blizzard raging, we had nowhere to go.
