Mark Ruffalo recalls dreaming about punching Ryan Reynolds

Mark Ruffalo Shares the weird way he came up with punching Ryan Reynolds on the screen.
Thinking back to a scene in the 2022 movie, Adam ProjectRuffalo revealed in an interview Q On Friday, October 17, he posted via YouTube that he had a “dream” about how the conflict should play out.
In the time-travel movie, Ruffalo plays Louis Reed, the father of Reynolds’ character Adam Reed. In this scene, Louis slaps Adam in the face.
“The script was written like this, we had a rehearsal and I dreamed that this is what the punch would look like, and I just did what I was doing in my dream,” explained Ruffalo, 57. “We did it and they all laughed, and then [director Shawn Levy’s] It was like, ‘Okay, let’s do it again, but I think we succeeded. ‘”
The actor added, “It was one of those moments of spontaneity — and it was right.”
During the interview, Ruffalo was asked how many takes it would take to complete the scene with Reynolds punching in the can. The actor said he only had to perform “once.”
In addition to Reynolds, Ruffalo also stars in Jennifer Garner, He is best known for portraying his love interest in the hit 2004 film, 13 Continue to 30.
