Love Is Blind Joe clarifies Madison and Casey’s ‘overlapping’ timelines

“At this point, I’ve accepted the fact that I’m not going to get a full verdict from Joe about what actually happened,” Madison, 28, said during the special on Wednesday, October 29. “So, that’s OK.”
Joe, 29, called off his engagement to Madison after running out of her wedding dress. Less than a month later, he went on a few dates with him. Kathy McIntosh. (Kathy, 34, was briefly engaged Patrick Suzukidespite their engagement never leaving the pod. )

According to Kathy, she and Joe weren’t “ready” to date after their respective engagements fell apart.
“It got too intense too fast,” she said, noting that they did establish a connection in the pod during the 10-day experiment.
Meanwhile, Madison chimed in and pointed out that she knew about Joe and Kathy’s connection, claiming it “influenced [her] got engaged. “
“The night we put on our wedding dresses and tuxedos, we all went out. I was standing there with my wedding ring on, telling your best man how much I love you,” she recalled, claiming, “I looked over and Kathy had two paws on Joe’s chest. Joe and Kathy subsequently denied that Kathy put her hand on Joe’s chest or that there was any overlap in the relationship.
“I don’t think that’s the case at all,” Joe said. “If that’s what you thought was the reason for the breakup, it wasn’t. It had nothing to do with our story. That was something that happened afterward and when I broke up, I never thought about that.”
Kathy further noted that she didn’t start talking to Joe “until the end of May,” a few weeks after the breakup.
“I found out before Mike [Brockway’s] Pool party,” Madison said of the party taking place next month. “I saw Kathy at the pool party and she had the nerve to tell me we were Eskimo sisters. Typical behavior and then you proceed to complain to me about how he treats you, completely ignoring that this is my ex-fiancé. “

While Kathy stressed her “Eskimo sister” comment was a joke, she also revealed she has “real feelings” for Joe.
“I really like him,” the hairstylist added.
Joe also brought his new girlfriend, avery madisonto a party that sparked more discussion about dating schedules.
“We weren’t dating at the time,” Joe said of his relationship with Averi. “Don’t cause trouble in my family. No, [and] My relationship was rocky for the first three months and she didn’t want to date me. We went through a lot of breakups, getting back together, breaking up, and then we left.
