Diddy’s rep slams him for being caught drinking in jail

A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed us Didi, 55, was recently transferred to FCI Fort Dix on Oct. 30 to serve out the remainder of his four-year prison sentence on two counts of deportation for prostitution. FCI Fort Dix is a low-security men’s prison housing approximately 4,000 inmates.
According to the Bureau of Prisons website, Diddy is scheduled to be released from prison on May 8, 2028. The musician may be released early if he behaves well or if he completes certain projects while incarcerated.
The Bad Boy Records founder was previously incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he was remanded after his first arrest in September 2024 on sex trafficking and other charges. He remained there through a trial that began in May and resulted in a guilty verdict on July 2 on prostitution-related charges. (Didi was cleared of two counts of trafficking and one count of conspiracy to commit racketeering.) The music star maintains his innocence and denies all charges against him.
