By the way, since Days is on the air, we have a full week of episodes during the week of Thanksgiving, and all the other soaps are going to have some preemptive stuff to deal with. So, thumbs up to that.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Sarah’s life hangs in the balance
On Monday, November 24, Sarah Horton (Lindsay Godfrey) was thrust into a life-or-death situation. Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) goes into anaphylactic shock thanks to some pistachio ice cream. Her father, Brady, demands answers from Rachel. I’m sure he’s going to ask her why she hurt Sarah like this.
I do wonder if Brady will believe or be skeptical when Rachel says she shot EJ DiMera and not Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk). Brady’s initial assumption may have been that Rachel was trying to excuse Kristen so she wouldn’t get in trouble for the escape. But this is a brutal fact, as we all know.
Additionally, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has something to say to EJ and confronts him. I wonder if she’s going to lash out at him for the lab cuts that may have messed up her diagnosis. However, Marlena could also be warning EJ that Rachel has regained her memory about the shooting and how they need to deal with it, and I don’t think she wants EJ involved.
Gwen slams Leo on Days of Our Lives
Gwen Rizchic (Emily O’Brien) faces off against Leo Stark (Greg Rikart). She cornered him in Horton Town Square outside Sweet Bits. Gwen may be wondering why he didn’t leave to find Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porter). She and EJ needed Leo to stop hanging around the lab. So Gwen orchestrates this wild goose chase, hoping to keep Leo going. Of course, they knew where Dimitri was because EJ and Gwen were the ones who made him disappear. But if Leo doesn’t do what they want, he might disappear.
Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) has an update on Belle Black (Martha Madison), and I wonder if this confirms that Marlena has Lyme disease, or if the carditis is caused by something else. I’m assuming Kayla is catching up with Belle because Sarah also had a medical crisis on Monday and probably didn’t see a patient since she was a patient at the time.
DOOL Spoilers: Brady’s Tough Choice and Teen Drama Heats Up
On Tuesday, November 25, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) was pitching something to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), possibly about Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) or a book tour. Brady tells Belle some hard things. The first might be about Rachel hurting Sarah. I’m sure that’s going to happen. Also, Brady might tell Belle that Rachel admitted to shooting EJ. the days we live in. You know, Brady is probably wondering what this means for his daughter if it’s true. What will this mean for Kristen when she is released from prison? So he may want her to speak to him as district attorney but not make a formal announcement.
Tate opens up to Ali about Days of Our Lives
Tate Black (Leo Howard) opens up to Arianna Horton (Marissa Reyes), who he might confide in about his troubled sister Rachel, his ailing grandma and a lot of what’s going on. Holly Jonas (Ashley Przemis) was so good in an interview that I wonder if it was about the Holden documentary or the job she always wanted Titan Press.
Aaron Green (Louis Tomeo) gets into an awkward argument with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). She also had Aaron’s child with her. I’m sure Chanel would be grateful for Aaron being Trey’s biological father. But it happened so fast for Aaron, and Tate had a lot of time to process it, and then it was all like, “Oh, you’re having a baby.
Here, sign away your rights, oh, this is your son. ” Also during the week of Thanksgiving, we get a teen scene where Tate, Ali, Holly, and Aaron hang out together and toast to friendship, possibly avoiding being around their families at the same time, but they still get to spend Thanksgiving together.
Salem’s shocking custody battle and embarrassing encounter on DOOL
On Wednesday, November 26, Jennifer Horton (Kadie McClain) confessed to Julie. I wonder if Jennifer will tell Jolie that she hired Justin Kiriakis (Wally Cuse) to pursue custody of Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) child. Julie would be shocked. I wonder if she would be for it or against it.
Jennifer probably wants Julie to side with her because she also hates Kate Green (Annalyn McCord). But I’m not entirely sure she would support her getting custody. We’ll see. Also, Brady and Sarah have a brief moment together, perhaps in the hospital. I thought Sarah might still be there, and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) interrupted.
So, I’m sure he’ll come check on her after she gets allergic. Philippe Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) takes Gabby Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) out on a date. However, things get weird when they meet her ex-boyfriend JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss). I expected some awkwardness. I wish Philip would make things more awkward, because that’s what he does. Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) lets Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) play trivia with Kayla at a bar.
A Salem Thanksgiving filled with danger and family drama
We will be in Salem for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 27th. The Brady family is celebrating Thanksgiving at Roman’s Pub. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) was there, along with Patch and Kayla, Alex, Stephanie, and of course Roman. Alex is worried that Stephanie is in danger, but it seems more likely that Alex is the one in danger. I wonder if they would suspect Jeremy. I think this might be a red herring, but we’ll see.
Belle surprises Marina by bringing her Thanksgiving dinner since she can’t be home to enjoy it with everyone. Elsewhere this week, Chanel hung out with Alex, Stephanie and baby Trey in Horton Town Square. Elsewhere, Brady and Tate are keeping vigil at Rachel’s hospital bedside. University Hospital. Apparently she had been accepted. I don’t know if she had a breakdown or if she was trying to harm herself. We will learn more about the reason your child was hospitalized.
DiMera family reunion takes a dark turn in DOOL’s crypt
On Friday, November 28, there will be a house party in the DiMera basement. It’s going to get crowded there. I wonder where they are going to go to the bathroom. I don’t want to think about it. Another sibling is thrown in with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Christine. This time it’s Chad. He was bagged, tagged, and thrown away with them.
Plus, Leo showed his love by making a special Thanksgiving dessert for Harvey Hernandez. Did we notice that Harvey’s beard has disappeared? Gabi invites Felipe to join the Hernandez family for dinner, where he toasts to those who are loyal and always have your back, in the good times and the bad. The Hortons also noticed that a guest didn’t come to Thanksgiving.
Charlotte DiMera (Olivia and Oakley Rondo) tells a shocked Jennifer that she wants her father, Chad, to come home. I do wonder if Jennifer and Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) and Julie feared the worst and if Chad ditched the dinner and left with Kate. This is unlikely to help resolve a custody challenge.
Days of Our Lives week ahead: EJ’s master plan, stalker’s secrets and spiritual crisis unfold
From December 1st to 5th, we have questions about whether EJ is the one who stole his siblings, and whether this forced reunion is part of his strange plan with Dr. William Rolfe (Richard Wharton) in their shabby science lab. We get more antics from Stephanie and Alex’s stalkers. Again, is this Jeremy, or someone in the shadows? We don’t know yet.
Cat and EJ are still studying separately Wuthering Heights. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or if there’s something more sinister. You know, there’s a lot of mind control and weird stuff going on. Cat knew she sat at EJ’s bedside and read to him, but his memory wasn’t quite there yet, but it might be clear soon.
Rachel needs help and Sophia transforms
Rachel needs serious psychiatric help and it may be time to be hospitalized Bay view. Jennifer and Jack Devereaux (Matthew Ashford) are seeking custody after Chad is absent for the holidays. This might be easier. Sofia Choi (Rachel Boyd) may have been catatonic before, or maybe she was faking it, but she seemed more lucid when Aaron and Ali were around. So, I do wonder if Sophia will break out.
Aaron and Ali grow closer, but she becomes obsessed with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), who is now dating a woman twice Ali’s age. So, it’s a weird dynamic. Jada Hunt (Elia Cantu) and Theo may be going on a second date. Leo might be closer to uncovering the truth about the lab, and he might end up in the lab, you know, that’s where he wants to be, but he might regret that wish if he ends up being one of Dr. Rolf’s test subjects.
