Dax Shepard offered to pay 11-year-old daughter Delta to freeze her eggs
Dax Shepard Sharing a crazy promise with his 11-year-old daughter, Delta.
“Delta says she can’t wait to have kids,” Shepard, 51, said on the Monday, Jan. 5 episode of the “Armbar” podcast. “I said, ‘When you turn 18, when do you think you’re going to have your first child?’ I wanted to support anything.”
When her daughter answered “no,” Shepard guessed that Delta would give birth to her first child between the ages of 35 and 45.
“I said, ‘If you want, we’ll freeze your eggs when you’re 18.’ I’ll pay you to freeze your eggs so you don’t have to think about it,” the actor continued. shepard’s podcast co-host Monica Padman Compliments his “cute” behavior.
According to Sheppard, his daughter “thinks her 20s” is the best age to start having children, but both he and Padman think Delta is “underestimating” how much fun she’s having at that age.
“Right now she doesn’t have time to stay home with her kids every night,” Shepard said.
