‘Days of Our Lives’ early spoilers January 26-30: Dimitri faces brutal attack as Brady reaches breaking point

days of our lives Spoilers for January 26-30, 2026 reveal that Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera (Peter Porter) is under attack and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) has simply had enough.
As we do on Early Release Days, we’re starting with what’s coming this week. And then we’ll talk about what’s going to happen next week.
Days of Our Lives custody battle and family tensions
Wednesday, January 21st is the day of the custody hearing for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), Jennifer Horton (Kadie McClain), and Jake Devereux (Matthew Ashford). This is apparently about Thomas DiMera (Gary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera (Olivia and Oakley Rondeau). The three adults are meeting with a mediator to try to resolve the issue.
If you remember, the last time they had a hearing, Chad was kidnapped. EJ DiMera (Dan Ferrigal) hasn’t been kidnapped yet, so he’s able to get a continuation. Now we are in mediation. Meanwhile, at the Hortons, Thomas confides in Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) that he feels like everyone in the family is angry with everyone else.
Thomas thinks it’s all his fault, so Jeremy is there to comfort and encourage him. Don’t tell me Jeremy hasn’t changed. I mean, obviously, he has a terrible background, but unless they give him a new lease on life, I do feel like he’s really changed. Also, I like this actor.
Julie’s Bereavement Group and New Salem Romance
Julie Williams (Susan Seavers Hayes) hosts her first bereavement book club, which includes Doug Williams (Bill Hayes), Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Susan Rogers) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). But Julie actually asked Doug to facilitate it because Julie wasn’t sure she was ready to lead a group about bereavement since she was still in the midst of it.
Plus, Felicity Green (Kennedy Garcia) listens as her sister Kate Green (Annalyn McCord) opens up to her. Felicity might ask why Chad isn’t around and what happened to him and Carter.
Love was in the air as Philippe Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) and Gabby Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) flirted with each other during a night on the town on Thursday, January 22. But Philip needs to be careful because Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) has his sights on Gabi.
Julie gets Jeremy to open up. He might share his thoughts on Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) engagement, as well as all things letters and accusations. Julie actually walked up to Jeremy while he was watching the engagement announcement online in The Spectator magazine. I don’t know if Jeremy is truly jealous or if he’s just tired of being blamed.
Salem Stalker Traps and Investigations
Theo and little Jack (JJ) Devereaux (Casey Moss) bonded a bit on Thursday, and Theo should be out of the hospital soon. He had been there since the kidnapping of DiMera. I do wonder if he’s going to tell JJ that he has a bit of a crush on his ex, Gabby.
Additionally, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) spends time with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). They go out to do things in the hope of luring a stalker. Steve kind of followed Alex, but at one point, they would just hang out at Brady Bar. They’re doing the bait thing.
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is also hanging out with Jada Hunter (Elijah Cantu). They claimed to be doing some wedding errands, but were actually more of a decoy. So, Jada is looking for Stephanie’s stalker. Of course, they all operate under the assumption that it’s Jeremy. It looks like something’s going on, but we know it’s Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey). We know he’s lurking in Salem, ready to prey on Stephanie.
Jada’s evidence and accusations against Jeremy
On Friday, January 23, Alex and Stephanie were rattled by something unexpected. I wonder if their stalkers are closing in on them. When they realize this person is in Salem and very close to us, they may see another posted photo, just like they do online.
Jada informed Steve of her findings. When Jeremy faced Jada’s accusations, Julie stood by his side to support him. Jada shows up at the Holden house and says she has evidence that Jeremy is stalking and threatening Stephanie.
Jeremy is busy teaching school, hanging out with Thomas, hanging out with Julie, and playing Scrabble, so he may have an alibi. I hope so. However, Jada drank the Kool-Aid and believed Steve, Alex and Stephanie’s carefully crafted assumptions about Jeremy. Let’s take a look at what evidence Jada insists she has. In the end, Jeremy may be guilty, but so far, I haven’t felt guilty.
February cleaning, DiMera’s dramatic upgrade
Belle Black (Martha Madison) is at Marlena’s mother’s side when she speaks. I think she might tell her daughter that she got a clean bill of health from Sarah Horton (Lindsay Godfrey). Lyme disease is going really well and everything is being treated. I know Marlena is worried about Rachel Blake (Finley Rose Slater) and Brady, too. Elsewhere, Chad was questioned by Jennifer on Friday. I wonder if she wanted to make sure he really broke up with Kate.
Well, the week of January 26th – 30th: Our February drawing starts on Thursday the 29th. Even though they are not on the web platform that does the Nielsen ratings cycle, they still do the scans. This is soap tradition.
Starting Thursday, things should really pick up the pace. Gwen Rizchic (Emily O’Brien) lost her patience with Dimitri when he cut off her cash flow and credit cards. Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikarte) crush, Harvey Hernandez (Al Calderon), leaves town after telling Marina not to submit a marriage license. Former friends Gwen and Leo may team up to take on Dimitri for screwing up both of their lives.
I do suspect that Gwen and Leo are on the verge of a breakout, and if they bond over running Dimitri out of town or burying him, they might regain their best friendship. I think Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gerin) might take Dimitri away from them.

Stephanie’s Stalker and EJ DiMera Return to ‘Days of Our Lives’
Also next week, Stephanie’s stalker becomes more aggressive and we soon learn that she will be kidnapped at University Hospital. Owen Kent is about to be revealed when Steve thinks it’s Jeremy. He was tracked. We’ll have to wait and see if Owen is a lone wolf acting alone, or if he has an accomplice, since we’ve seen the stalker talking to someone online.
EJ soon returned from Europe. He goes to Italy to visit his daughter, but when he returns to Salem, he’ll be furious that Gwen dragged Dimitri back there, completely going against their plans. Gwen is facing divorce. She lost all the funds EJ had promised for the clinic. Kidnappings are happening now.
Rafe and Eli Grant (Lamon Archie) will soon be heading to Alamania. They will seek answers about CCTV footage broadcast from the basement of the kidnapped Dimelas. They also want to confirm that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is indeed dead. Rafe has made a promise to Gabi that he will investigate and find out.
I don’t believe it. I haven’t heard anything about Brandon Barash coming back. As far as I know, he’s been doing music in Nashville and touring with the Day Players, but I want him to come back as Stefan, so fingers crossed.
Brady and Sarah’s Romance and Kristen’s Disruption in Our Lives
Harvey leaves town and Leo must decide what to do. By the way, Harvey will be back. Al Calderon’s final episode won’t air until May, so this time he’s not gone for good. They also recast the character of Harvey. So even after May, we’ll still have Leo “non-husbands” around.
Brady and Sarah are getting closer. They quickly become close. Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) is, of course, angry about this, while stating that she realizes they can’t be together. She said it in one breath, then accused Brady of rubbing Sarah in her face in the next.
Since they are exes, it’s none of Kristen’s business. I think Brady has had enough. He wanted Sarah. He hasn’t been with Christine for a long time. As therapist Dr. Gregory says, you can’t let Rachel control your love life because it worked before. You can’t give her this power.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Cast Departs: Chad and Thomas Exit Salem
Gwen will soon turn on Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), but that won’t last long. Plus, Chad and Thomas may be leaving the screen soon. We don’t have a final air date yet, but Thomas DiMera revealed that he has three episodes left, starting with Wednesday the 21st’s episode.
He should be wrapping up in late January or early February, and we should see Chad exit around the same time as Billy Flynn and Cary Christopher left around the same time. Of course, Billy Flynn went days of our lives And had a major role there, Cary Christopher had a role in an Amazon TV series.
