According to the UK Intellectual Property Office, the “Brooklyn Beckham” trademark application was submitted in December 2016 and registered in June 2017. Copyright will be renewed in December 2026.

Victoria Beckham is listed as the “owner” in the Intellectual Property Office database because she is Brooklyn Beckham’s mother and former guardian, but Brooklyn Beckham is the actual beneficial owner.
