AJ McLean’s estranged wife Rochelle hospitalized after health scare
AJ McLean estranged wife Rochelle DeAnna McClain issued a warning to followers after an unexpected hospitalization.
Rochelle, 44, posted a selfie from her hospital bed via her Instagram account on Friday, January 23, detailing the horrific health experience she endured this week.
“This is so bad [a] The week is here! ” she captioned the post. “I came into the ER on Tuesday morning with extremely swollen abdomen and pain on the right side of my abdomen. I thought it was my appendix and went to the ER to have it confirmed. I ended up with cecal volvulus on the CT scan. A twisted, squeezed colon. “
She continued, “I basically went straight into surgery after that to remove the damaged part of my colon and sew the healthy part back together again. That’s really what I wanted.

Following the encounter, Rochelle urged her followers to trust their instincts when it comes to their health.
“All I can say is listen to your body when something doesn’t feel right. If this had been going on longer and untreated, the outcome could have been very different,” she wrote. “Hopefully I can go home tonight! Take care of yourself out there 🤍 and…a big thank you to the surgeons, doctors and nurses who took care of me this week! My heroes are 🤩🤍✨”
Rochelle’s fans flocked to her comments section to send their best wishes.
“OMG! I’m so glad you’re okay, it’s so scary. Praying love for a healthy recovery. 🙏🏽,” another wrote, “Wow. I’m so glad you’re listening to your body! Sending lots of love, positive thoughts, and healing prayers 🥰”
