I don’t know if Andre would pretend to be handling it well when talking to Danny, but I don’t think he would be handling it well internally.

Andre was very confident when talking to Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) at the club after his father-in-law said Bill was really sorry to lose Danny. He acts confident, but I think internally he’s worried that he doesn’t want to lose her.

Meanwhile, Bill Hamilton surprises Caroline at the office. I wonder if this has something to do with banning Haley Lawson (Marquita Goins) from drinking bad tea, or maybe his medical updates. Meanwhile, Haley is flirting with Isaiah. He’s not a very good choice for a con man because, as he points out to Katherine “Kate” Richardson (Colby Muhammad), he has no money. Therefore, gold diggers need not apply. But he’s a tough guy. If Haley wasn’t busy killing Bill, she was trying her luck.

Chelsea Hamilton (Ronnie Rose Mandilla) is shocked by what she and her grandmother Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunney) see. I’m sure she lost all her hair from the chemo. I think her hairstyle looks really nice. Obviously, I know it’s natural hair down there and she’s wearing a wig, but I thought they did a great job with this scene. This is very poignant. If someone in your family has gone through chemotherapy, it can be upsetting.

Jacob Undercover in “Beyond the Gates”

Jacob makes progress in his undercover work. I hope Smitty stays out of his way and doesn’t let him get shot. On Thursday, February 5, Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphne Dupleix) went on a date with Kyle. She is working hard to get back into shape. I’d love to know if Nicole would sleep with Kyle too. She was happy with Carlton, but she also knew what she wanted and didn’t want.

Beyond the Gate: Relationship Drama and Dangerous Business Moves

Joey gives Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) an inside look into his business and personal life, which will put her at increasing risk. It’s not just because of the possible legal ramifications; he’s dealing with dangerous people because he did dangerous things. But to her credit, Vanessa is interested in it all. She wants to be with Joey. Randy saves Mona and Mona thanks him.

Plus, Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) does something that confuses Ted. I don’t know if she was changing her appearance or doing something else to torment Chenice, but she was disgusted when she found Leslie’s panties tucked behind a throw pillow on the couch in Ted’s hotel room.

I was curious if he would recognize these as things he saw in Leslie, or just recognize her taste in things. Anita is also arguing Fairmont Crest Hotel Residents gossip about Anastasia. I always love seeing everyone laying on her. I wondered if she was making a snarky comment about Anita’s new haircut, or something equally uninteresting.

Engagement rumors and the infamous panty episode on BTG

On Friday, February 6, Ted publicly confronted Leslie about her tiny panty conspiracy. I wonder if Eva Thomas (Ambir Michelle) will be humiliated by her mother again. The two will get engaged on Friday. Maybe Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegría) and Kate, since he’s been given a new promotion.

Now that they’re heading overseas together, maybe Chelsea will convince Madison to reconsider her proposal. But honestly, if it was Vanessa and Joey, I would absolutely cheer. Pamela and Andre did some planning over the weekend. I’m sure this was to make sure Bill didn’t come into Danny’s life again.

Pamela just got all her close friends back. She thanked Andre for his role in helping Danny recover. They don’t want Bill to get in there again and break her up because they don’t trust him, and rightly so.

Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) talks to Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) and she comforts him. He can no longer be a firefighter, and he has lost Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacobs). He kind of circles the sewer. Grayson has another date with Ashley, but things go awry when Grayson gets a somewhat mysterious phone call.

Maybe it’s about his mom, since we know he’s taking care of his sick parents, or maybe it’s Derek being a jerk and trying to interfere. Plus, Danny was rejected. I wonder if Isaiah Hawthorne (David Ramey Friebe) will officially thank her for her modeling work.

Beyond the Gate February Cleaning: Health Battles and Valentine’s Day Plans

The week of February 9th to 13th, we are well into February cleaning and things are moving faster. Apparently, everyone in the Dupree family will see a new side of Anita and she’ll tell them about the side effects of chemotherapy. This is absolutely terrible. I’m sure we won’t see things get too extreme on the soap because we have to make her look beautiful, but if you have a family member with cancer, it’s scary.

Next week, Nicole will be dealing with Kyle and Carlton, but she’s made it clear to both of them that she doesn’t want anything serious to happen. I’d be interested to know if Carlton feels threatened by Kyle or vice versa. Now that Bill has a new doctor monitoring his blood levels, Haley’s desperation may cause her to get sloppy. Haley may go back to Randy to explore other options to kill Bill as quickly as possible.

Beyond the Gate: Bill disappointed?

We’ll also have to wait and see if Chelsea and Madison actually pack their bags and leave the DMV together, or if Chelsea will have to let Madison go alone because of the Dupree family drama. Looking forward to the Valentine’s Day celebrations kicking off. Vernon will make sure Anita is celebrated in style. Now that Vernon has alerted Andre to Bill’s lurks and regrets, he’s on his best behavior.

Haley will have high expectations, but Bill may disappoint her. Thomas will definitely do something special for Kate. With Isaiah and Eva officially becoming boyfriend and girlfriend, they’re also going to have some big romance. I wonder if Marcel had to give up Leslie to be with his real wife. Ted and Shanice definitely have romantic plans. I can’t wait to see what amazing gift Joey has in store for his love, Vanessa.

They will be in town for an event Fairmont Crest, It’s a fundraiser for Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) re-election campaign. I still have some spoilers, but I’m on a long page so I’ll share those next time.
