Milo Ventimiglia opens up about becoming a new dad and expecting baby No. 2
Milo Ventimiglia Candid about a big year that included losing his home in the Los Angeles fires and welcoming his first child with his wife Jara Mariano Now they are expecting their second child, two weeks later.

But you know, I mean, when you’re a first-time parent as well, you feel like you’re going to be this amazing parent,” he explained.
He continued, “I’m always working on it. I’m like, ‘Cool dude, I’m going to be the healthiest, we’re going to feed this baby organic, we’re going to buy a blender and do all this stuff, and we’re going to argue about blueberries at the farmer’s market with a guy named Kale.'” After a while, you’re like, ‘Oh, man, we had a great year.’ ‘”
Ventimiglia was one of many celebrities and California residents who lost their homes last year as fires wreaked havoc on the area. Mariano was pregnant at the time, and Ventimiglia spoke about the experience during his appearance on Kimmel.
“If anyone doesn’t know, we lost our home in the Malibu fires at the end of the year. It didn’t matter, it happened, thank you. Two weeks later, with all the best wishes, our daughter was born. Six weeks later, on the way to filming the movie that’s coming out this month, I can only imagine 2. Literally on the road,” he said.

Ventimiglia joked that reality thwarted his ambition to be a superparent, continuing, “When you’re on the road, you’re like, ‘Where’s my blender?’ It’s daylight. You’re not making organic food anymore.”
After Kimmel’s prank gilmore girls Ventimiglia also joked about being worried about what’s to come while talking about how difficult it will be as a father of two.
“You saw me swallow hard, right? I swallowed hard,” he said. “Now I know it’s coming. But at some point, aren’t they going to start entertaining each other?”
