UAE’s upgraded Boeing 777S will start flying to more destinations

The UAE’s upgraded Boeing 777S will start flying from Dubai to London Stanster in Seoul, South Korea. This adds to the list of destinations for refurbished aircraft, which use a four-level configuration, including the airline’s iconic premium economy class.

New route starts in spring 2025

Flight EK324/324 begins on April 14, flying between Dubai and Seoul. They do it three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. When July 2025 arrives, passengers of the Eastbound Chief will offer more than 3,150 senior economic seats. These will be a mixture of the 777s and A380s to East and East Asian destinations including Tokyo-Narita, Tokyo-Hanida, Singapore, Seoul, Osaka and Shenzhen.

The route between Dubai and London’s Stansted debuts on May 7 is the third UK destination to receive the latest UAE products and refurbished cabin interiors. In addition to London Stansted, the airline will also fly the upgraded 777 to Geneva, Brussels, Zurich, Vienna and Athens.

The refreshed 777S upgrades the on-flight experience for all passengers and features improved interiors and new design styles such as wood finishes, modern colour options and unique GHAF tree pattern. The airline’s iconic premium economy cabin offers access to comfort and luxury, while the business class uses a 1-2-1 setup for maximum privacy. This also includes aisle access for each passenger, personal mini car and Lie-Flat bed. Additionally, some first-class passengers can use world-class luxury, enhanced comfort and modern design of the new Gamechanger suite.
