Two cars collided Sunday night, causing one of the cars to fall from the side of the road near Dockweiler State Beach. The vehicle then hit a woman below.
The crash occurred after 7 p.m. on the southbound lane of Vista del Mar in Playa del Rey.
The Los Angeles Fire Department alarm said the female pedestrian who was attacked “beyond medical help and has died at the scene.”
Another person was injured in the crash and a man in his 70s was injured.
