Hamas says five militia leaders die in Israel strike

Five senior members of the radical Palestinian group Hamas leader were killed in an attack on Hamas posts in the Gaza Strip.

Hamas named people include Mahmoud Abu Watfa, head of the Hamas Ministry of Interior, police officers in charge of Gaza, Issam Al-Daalis, chairman of the government’s administrative committee, and Bahjat Abu Sultan, responsible for the internal security agency of Hamas.

According to the Israel News website, they are planning to restore the central role of the rule of the Gaza Strip after the war is over.

According to Arab media reports, the Israeli army also killed senior members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, including spokespersons for its military division.

Hamas-controlled health authorities said more than 400 people have been killed in the ongoing Israeli attacks so far. These numbers do not distinguish between civilians and combatants.

Palestinian media reported that many women and children were killed.

Israeli forces must comment on the victims of Tuesday’s air strikes.
