Amazon launches Alexa+ to more early access users

Access to Amazon’s new AI-enhanced voice assistant Alexa+ is expanding. The company has begun notifying users who sign up for early access programs that can now activate Alexa+. It’s been months since Amazon first demonstrated the smart version of Alexa, he said that at that time it will start rolling out to its first users in March, and then wave more people to more in the following months, prioritizing Echo Echo Show 8, 10, 15 and 21 owners.
According to an Amazon spokesperson, “thousands of customers” have tried Alexa+ so far. But for those who got Alexa+ during the initial early access phase, many of the features the assistant touted during the February announcement were not arrived. Washington Postciting internal company documents, it is because the tools have not yet “have met Amazon’s public release standards.” Amazon notes in the footnote on its early access registration page that some of the features shown are still under development.
Every Friday, emailing Amazon to the latest users, you just need to activate and set up Alexa+ on one device. From there, any other compatible device you have will be automatically upgraded. Alexa+ is said to be easier to talk to than the original assistant and is able to handle more complex tasks.
