Assassin’s Creed Shadow Day – Questions of Japanese politicians
After years of demanding for the feudal environment of Japan, Assassin’s Creed Shadow Ultimately, the fans of the franchise were given what they wanted. Ubisoft’s latest news has been released, just like any large new version, now available for players to download patches for a full day. However, the purpose of this particular update is different from most updates.
Assassin’s Creed Shadow Updates Unrestricted Tables in Tables and Shrines and Temples
As IGN reported, the One Day Assassin’s Creed Shadow Update was quietly released today, with some changes made, as well as some fixes to the new version. It’s interesting to have two specific changes in the patch. First is “Citizens without weapons no longer bleed when attacked, reducing unexpected blood leakage in temples/shindus.” The second is “Tables and shelves in temples/shindus are now indestructible.”
Although Ubisoft did not specifically mention IGN, the changes appear to be in response to concerns from Japanese politician Hiroyuki Kada and Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba.
At a government meeting, Kada raised a question about the shadow of Assassin’s Creed. Especially about the possibility of players copying behaviors in the game, such as destroying the shrine.
“I’m worried that allowing players to attack and destroy real-world locations without permission may encourage similar behavior in real life,” Kada said. “Shrine officials and local residents are concerned about this. Of course, freedom of speech must be respected, but behaviors that devalue local culture should be avoided.”
“We need to discuss with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”
Prime Minister Ishiba continued: “Destroying the shrine is an insult to the state itself.” “When self-defense forces were deployed to Samawa, Iraq, we made sure they studied Islamic customs in advance. Respecting a country’s culture and religion is fundamental and we must make it clear that we will not simply accept the act of ignoring them.”
Today, the Assassin’s Creed shadow for PS5, Xbox series X|S and PC has been released. Here is the full patch notes for the day update:
