Palestinian rescue department said on Saturday that at least five people were killed in Israel’s air strikes in Israel’s Northern Gaza Strip.
At least four Palestinians died in the bombing of a house in Gaza. Several others were injured, while others were believed to be still trapped under rubble.
Another woman was killed in an attack on Jabbaria refugee camp, emergency departments said.
Reports cannot be verified independently. The Israeli military did not initially comment on the incidents.
Israel said it has recently stepped up attacks on targets related to Hamas, a Palestinian militant group in the Gaza Strip.
The latest attack occurred when the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) said it has drained all food stocks in the coastal areas due to Israel’s ongoing blockade of humanitarian aid.
According to the Hamas-controlled Health Authority in the Gaza Strip, more than 51,300 people have been killed since the war began since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023.
