Korean beauty influencers Dadoa Died at the age of 29.

Daddoa’s agency Leferi Beauty Entertainment confirmed people On Wednesday, February 4, the internet star passed away on December 16, 2025. According to the agency, Dadoa had planned to return to school after dropping out and start her social media career

“The news triggered even greater sadness as it was revealed that she had been focused on completing her studies,” Leiferi told people in a statement. “She has been unable to complete this task due to her life and activities as a beauty blogger and creator since high school, with her last video dating back four years.”

Chairman of the organization Choi In-seok Condolences were also expressed on Dadoa’s untimely death.

“Daddoa was more than just the first generation of YouTube beauty creators; she was the first to prove the potential of Korean beauty to take the world by storm,” In-seok said in a statement. “Her genuine passion for beauty and her diverse, forward-thinking challenges will long be remembered in the history of Korean beauty.”

The cause of death has not yet been revealed.

Daddoa (real name Da Sol Lee) is known for creating YouTube and Instagram content. She shares makeup tutorials, tests products, and provides her followers with additional beauty and fashion tips. Daddoa is one of the major figures in popularizing Korean beauty globally.

Although her Instagram page has been deactivated, her YouTube page is still active with over 1 million followers. She started her YouTube channel in 2012 and posted her first video two years later.

During her career, Daddoa also had 10 million annual visitors on Cyworld, a popular social media network in South Korea. She later earned a spot on the Cyworld TOP100 bloggers list.

In 2016, Daddoa was selected as one of MAC Cosmetics’ Global Heroes. She opens up about her decision to delay school and how she found her love for content creation.
