‘Beyond the Gate’ early spoilers October 27-31: Leslie’s ruthless power play and Vanessa’s chaotic downfall

Beyond the Gate spoilers: Eva meets Izaya
As we do on early build days, we start with what’s coming up for the rest of the week to set the stage for next week’s action. So on Wednesday 22nd October beyond the gatewe have Eva Thomas (Ambi Mitchell) meeting a hot new guy. He is Isaiah Hawthorne (David Lami Friebe), the black sheep brother of Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hodges).
Eva meets Isaiah residential area Sparks flew. There are tons of chemical ingredients. This guy works at a university. I think Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) lectures at the same school. So, we would be surprised to find that someone was helping Isaiah and we didn’t know it. It could be Vernon, it could be Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), you never know.
‘Beyond the Gate’ Spoilers: ‘Nicole Annoyed’ and Vanessa ‘In-depth Conversation with Joey’
Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphne Dupleix) has an irritating and very unpleasant run-in with Leslie, who is more than happy to ruin Dr. Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson) and Nicole’s quality time. If you remember, she saw them go into the hotel room and set off the fire alarm. Of course, Eva knew immediately what her mother was doing.
Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunney) gets an apology from Nicole. This happened after Leslie and Nicole met. So, she might tell her mom, Anita, who at one point thought she and Ted might get back together, and she might apologize for that, I don’t know, even if it’s considered. So Vanessa challenged Joey on Wednesday. We saw her earlier this week talking to Joey about other skills she had that Joey didn’t know about, like holding cards.
I think Vanessa basically wanted to learn more about illegal things. The more her friends warned her, Nicole warned her, and now Danny Dupree (Cara Mosley) warned her too, and honestly Vanessa just got more excited by the warnings and just wanted to be closer to Joey because she went to the casino and immediately jumped on him. So, it’s not healthy.
BTG spoilers: Passion, poison and family drama unfold
On Thursday, October 23, Thomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegría) was in pain after spending a hot night with Katherine “Kate” Richardson (Colby Muhammad). She felt guilty. Remember, she ran towards him, threw herself at him. But how much does she weigh? About 90 pounds. Then the metal cover of the room service bell flew up. So I don’t know if she knocked him down. We’ll see.
Haley Lawson (Marquita Goins) is on a potentially lucrative fact-finding mission. She gets the toxin from Randy and begins microdosing Bill Hamilton’s (Timon Kyle Durrett) coronary arteries. So I’m curious, what exactly is Haley working on? Maybe she was looking into how much money she would get when he started working.
Beyond the Gate spoilers: Joan gives advice to Tyrell
Joan (Jasmine Burke) gives her son Tyrell some advice. I was interested in this conversation because of his very cold attitude towards Joan, his sister Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson) who often visits their mother Joan.
Tyrell Richardson (Jaden Lucas Miller) doesn’t want to be with her, but Martin Richardson (Brandon Claiborne) and Bradley “The Smith” Smith (Mike Manning) have both come around and think Joan will be okay.
So, they agree that she can be involved in the kids’ lives to some extent, but so far, it’s really just Samantha. Tyrell hated his biological mother every time he saw her, which is completely understandable considering the neglect and experiences they went through as children.
Meanwhile, Smitty and Martin are overjoyed to have renewed their wedding vows and have their little family reunited. They were very happy. The only thing they were worried about was Joey calling to make good on his promise.
Friday’s The Gate spoilers: Desperate deals and shocking encounters
On Friday, October 24, Vanessa had a disagreement with her son Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks). As she tells Danny, we know Vanessa wants him to go back to college. She thought he would graduate at the same time as his sister. But Donner’s mentality is that with the death of his father, Doug, he needs to step up and be the head of the family.
Joey even gave him a job. Joey actually seems to be nice to the kid, which he should be since he killed his father. You know, rub salt in the wound, right? I think Vanessa really needs Donnell to go away so she can run wild and beat up Joey all she wants. And do more crimes. So, I think it’s more about her not wanting to put herself under any scrutiny.
Chelsea Hamilton (Ronnie Rose Mandilla) decides to take matters into her own hands. It could be about Dani’s marital status, all the clothes she threw away that made Chelsea complain, or that her crazy stalker Allison is still facing some kind of prison sentence. This may have something to do with the wallet line. There are many options.
Beyond the Gate Spoilers: Dani updates Ridge Forrester
Dani presents Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) with his latest offer for the fragrance line. Remember, he wants Danny to model with Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman). Andre didn’t want to be in front of the camera; he wanted to be behind the scenes. He offered to film some stuff and tried to provide everything else. So, I’m interested to see if Richie will give in and compromise, because Danny really, really wants this, and if Andre doesn’t give in, she’ll ramp up the pressure on him, and Richie will just accept the two of them.
Jacob was surprised when he saw someone. I am sure this is his brother Isaiah. If he mentioned to Jacob that he met this beautiful girl Eva, then Jacob would probably be like, “Oh, yeah, I know her.” Jacob and Eva get along really well, so I don’t think he’s going to trash talk Isaiah, except maybe just low-key telling him, “Oh, by the way, you know, her crazy mom ruined Nicole and Ted’s marriage.” Joey makes a suggestion to Dupree. It’s twisted and funny. Probably Vernon, since they had conspired before in the “Kill the Redneck” case. Or Dupri, they probably meant Martin since he was part of the extended Dupri family and he did owe Joey a favor that he promised at some point.
October 27-31: November Cleaning!
The week of October 27-31, and by the way, the last two days of the week, Thursday and Friday, October 30 and 31, are the beginning of the November sweeps. So, look for big action. Haley insists on her plan to kill Bill, but she may be impatient to see the results, even though Randy Parker (Maurice P. Cree) tells her it will take time. I wonder if Haley will lose her patience and take it too far, which could eventually get her arrested.
Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Ariel Prepetti) doesn’t really dig into her blood tests. She slammed her laptop shut, then Jacob opened hers and saw the test results. I just don’t know why Naomi, a lawyer, would let her husband randomly open her laptop that might have client files in it. This would be a huge conflict of interest, especially since he is a police officer. I do wonder if there’s more to her blood test than just “pregnant” or “not pregnant.”
Beyond the Gate spoilers: Vanessa is asking for trouble
Vanessa won’t let up on Joey until he gets her more involved in his illegal activities. To me, it felt like Vanessa was going down a grief rabbit hole, but instead of turning to drugs or alcohol, she continued to deal with her bad dad issues and some criminal behavior. Jacob may open up to Isaiah and express his displeasure with Naomi for not wanting children. I expected Kate might try to warn Isaiah to stay away from Eva, but I don’t think that would work.
Leslie continues to seduce and taunt Ted and raise her game, but soon he has his sights set on the very beautiful Shanes at work. Derek Baldwin’s (Ben Gavin) health is improving and he doesn’t want to tell Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacobs). I wonder if Derek would have stood up at their wedding, just to watch Ashley walk away because of his lies and deceit. Bill will continue to delve into why Andre was largely silent to the media a year ago.
