Beyond the Gate: Naomi’s Secret Struggle: Will She Hide Her BRCA Gene Results?

Our first prediction: Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne is BRCA positive but has been lying to her family and husband. Over the Gate spoilers for Tuesday have Bill Hamilton and Haley Lawson (Marquita Goins) celebrating, but it’s awkward. Naomi is so excited to celebrate Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) being BRCA negative that she organizes a family reunion.

According to official Beyond the Gate spoilers, Naomi is hiding something from her family on Wednesday. Last week, we saw Chelsea get her test results back and they were negative, while Danny Dupree was, of course, positive for the BRCA gene.

Jacob Hodges (Jibre Hodges) tried to get Naomi to give him the password to the hospital’s health portal so he could see her genetic test, but she refused to let Jacob see it. When he kept pressing, Naomi said she wanted to take some time to watch again, explaining that she was still processing it and wasn’t ready yet.

But her mother, Danny, wasn’t satisfied with that. She asked Naomi to check her results on the spot. She did it and told everyone she was fine. Jacob and Danny breathed a sigh of relief. But it was clear to me that Naomi was concerned about what she saw on the portal. She didn’t show anyone the test results and didn’t let anyone else log in. I suspect she is BRCA positive. It makes sense that they let someone else have it for the most soapy outcome.

One day, Jacob talks to Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) about his and Naomi’s disagreements over having children. I could see Jacob trying to convince Naomi to freeze her eggs if she were BRCA positive. This may cause more problems since she makes it very clear that she does not want children. However, what BRCA-positive people often do is proactive.

Prom Chaos at the Gate: Is Jessica planning a stunt to embarrass the Dupree family?

Our second prediction involves Jessica and Tyrell’s song-and-dance number, which is probably meant to look bad. Spoilers for Wednesday beyond the gate Tyrell’s new stance on family tradition surprises Bradley Smith (Mike Manning) and Martin Richardson (Brandon Claiborne).

We see Jessica, the girl Tyrell is dating, talking about the ball and he is clearly influenced by her. He repeats and parrots her words in front of Dr. Nicole Dupré Richardson (Daphne Dupréix), Martin, Smitty and his sister Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson), who is studying to become the season debutant.

Nicole explains to Tyrell the history of the ball and the proud traditions of their community. Samantha was interested, and later Tyrell returned to Jessica, who suddenly said that she would go to the prom if Tyrell accompanied her.

I suspected Jessica might be planning something. This could be some kind of stunt, protest, prank, or upheaval to express her clear disdain for tradition. I think the surprise for Martin and Smitty was that Tyrell said he would attend Jessica’s debut and be her escort.

I don’t think Tyrell would intentionally engage in a stunt after his grandmother Nicole spoke so passionately about and defended the ball. She certainly seemed to influence Tyrell. But Jessica? I don’t think she will be convinced. I just think she’s up to something

Martin and Smitty have been unaware of Jessica’s influence on Tyrell. Things could get messy if she does something to embarrass the Duprees during Samantha’s debut.

Joey’s Revenge on BTG: A risky plan to take down Leslie and protect Vanessa McBride

Our third prediction: Joey Armstrong pulls some strings to beat Leslie. Tuesday beyond the gate In spoilers, Joey shuts down Leslie and puts her in her place. She thinks she and Joey will be close, and she flirts constantly while slyly insulting Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli).

Leslie wants her name spread throughout the clinic, but Joey won’t tolerate Leslie’s nonsense. In Thursday’s spoilers, Joey gives Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malick) some intel he needs. Meanwhile, Vanessa is ambushed by someone – possibly Leslie making nasty comments about her and Joey.

On Friday, Jacobs will go undercover. He is a man on a mission. I wonder if Joey has had enough of Leslie and her vitriol towards Vanessa and her disrespect for the woman he loves. Joey was able to complete this clinic program without Leslie.

He had just gone to meet with Bill to talk about some special terms and conditions he wanted to put into the contract for setting up a free clinic. I’ve seen Joy being several steps ahead of Leslie, but on the other hand, she’s very cunning.

Additionally, the Duprees still want to see Leslie prosecuted for her two attempts to kill Laura Peterson (Love). Marcel Malone (Daryl W. Handy) is supposed to be watching her, but instead he wants to roll around naked in her bed.

I wonder if Joey dropped a dime on sketchy Leslie when he gave Elon the information and if it had anything to do with Jacob going undercover. I guess Joey could’ve outed Leslie if he really wanted to.

Office romance and rivalry: Shanice Johnson and Ted as Leslie Forms

Our fourth prediction: Shanice and Leslie have a falling out over Dr. Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson). Spoilers for Thursday beyond the gate The two couples take the next step in their relationship. Shanice and Ted took off their clothes in his office last week, and then he hit the brakes because he didn’t want them to work on his couch for the first time.

This week, Ted takes Shanice out for a proper date and a nice dinner. This all sounds very romantic. I think we might get into a spat between Leslie and Shanice, but I’d love to be in a good old fashioned real soap opera.

Caught: Bill and Danny’s heart-to-heart leads to dangerous bribery

Our fifth and final prediction: Thomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegría) catches Bill kissing Danny. Thursday’s spoilers have Haley feeling backed into a corner. Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) was also upset when he found Bill hugging Dani in her bedroom. With Thomas taking bribes from Bill to keep quiet, it seems Thomas may have seen something going on between Bill and his ex Danny.
