Bronny James breaks LeBron Lakers’ silence

LeBron James’ decision to choose to reach a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers doesn’t make much speculation about his long-term future of the franchise.

Shortly after picking up the player selection, Rich Paul made it clear that his clients will monitor the Lakers’ work while trying to turn to focus on the future.

This uncertainty even reached James’ eldest son and Lakers teammate Bronny James, who told reporters that his next move to his father was not a cycle.

“We didn’t talk much,” Brownie said via ESPN. “I think when something like this does come up, he just told me not to worry or even focus on it [and] Just lock in what you are doing now. That’s what makes me better and keeps me focused. I think it’s nice to tell me not to pay attention to these things. ”

Bronny, now preparing for the Lakers’ second season in the summer league, said his focus remains on development.

“Obviously, joining the team, I think we’ll be better than last year,” Brownie said. “We’re just here, coming to the gym with a purpose, getting ready to work every day, getting ready to get better every day.”

Meanwhile, LeBron’s future in Los Angeles has never been so uncertain. Luka Doncic’s recent trade sent Anthony Davis to Dallas, a move that revolutionized the core of the team and left James’ role behind.

The Lakers added Deandre Ayton on Wednesday to fill their holes in the center, but their free agent activity was minimal. Dorian Finney-Smith, who started moving forward, set out for Houston, while Jake Laravia remains the only other new face in the spin.
