According to the UK Intellectual Property Office, the “Brooklyn Beckham” trademark application was submitted in December 2016 and registered in June 2017. Copyright will be renewed in December 2026.

David and Victoria Beckham applied for the trademarks when their four children were minors. (As of January 2026, Harper is the only one under 18.)
