Peru’s “Virus Lord” was arrested for allegedly ordering two women and a teenager to be kidnapped and tortured on an Instagram live broadcast.

Tony Janzen Valverde Victoriano, 20, was hiding in a Peru truck after fleeing Argentina, where he was accused of orchestrating the murders of 15-year-old Lara Gutiérrez, as well as the murders of her 20-year-old cousins Brenda Del Castillo and Morena Verdi.

In another operation, police also detained 28-year-old Argentinian Matías Ozorio, who is said to be the right-hand man of Valverde.

Police say the girls were kidnapped for stealing six pounds of cocaine from Victoriano’s Cartel.

The three victims were drawn to a party and promised to be paid £220 to attend.

There, police said, they were tricked into climbing onto a van and taken to a house in Florencio Varela, about 15 miles south of Buenos Aires, where they were tortured and killed.

The gang broadcast live to a closed group of 45 viewers as a warning message.

During the live broadcast, a voice could be heard saying, “This is the ones who steal drugs from me.”

The body of Lara Gutiérrez, 15, and her 20-year-old cousins Brenda del Castillo and Morena Verd were found buried in a garden outside Buenos Aires

The three bodies were found last Wednesday, and five days after their disappearance, piled blankets, stones and cement deep in the house’s garden.

Police used tracking data from a cell phone that belonged to one of the victims to find the home.

Officers found several couples cleaned blood from the walls and floors with bleach and arrested them along with other suspects who owned the house.

The discovery of the body prompted thousands of anti-emia athletes in Buenos Aires to protest.

Argentina’s National Security Minister Patricia Bullrich said police were able to track Valverde to Pucusana, a beach resort 40 miles from Lima, as he continued to use his cell phone.

“Even the chip hasn’t changed. It’s a very basic operation,” she said.

“This is the number given to the court by witnesses. It’s very unprofessional for drug traffickers.”

Ms. Blitz shared photos of Valved’s arrest on social media and praised the officials’ investigation.

“I would like to congratulate the National Police in Peru for their excellent work and their cooperation in occupying the two fugitives for the triple murder case

“Anti-drug officials held Little J in Pucusana, which shows that criminals have nowhere to hide when working and coordinating decisively.”

She ended her message by writing: “You harvest what you sow.”

After the arrests, a spokesman for Peru’s national police said: “In a swift and simulateneous operation, agents from the anti-drug directorate, in coordination with Interpol Argentina, arrested alias Little J and Matias Agustin Ozorio, both fugitives from Argentina with red notices issued by Interpol and implicated in a triple murder in Buenos Aires.

“The case involves three young women murdered in a violent environment.

“Peruvian citizen Tony Valverde is believed to be associated with international drug trafficking networks and identified as the mastermind behind the crime, while authorities coordinated his transfer to Argentina’s justice.”

Ozorio will soon hand over to Argentina police. Valverde will remain in a Peruvian prison, awaiting an extradition request from Argentina.
