Delta X Spanx launches limited edition casual wear capsule series

As travel suits have moved towards priority comfort clothing, casual suits have become the norm for jet ensembles. As part of the everyday style, the brand continues to introduce the high casual trend. Now, airlines are taking action as Delta has partnered with Spanx to pair a lounge in the capsule collection to keep travelers comfortable in the air and on the ground.
The partnership between the two Atlanta-born brands celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Delta and the 25th of Spanx. The limited edition collection contains only four Spanx Airsentsientals titles: two and a half zippers ($128 EACG), a Crewneck sweatshirt ($98), and wide-leg pants ($118). Drops are available in four colors (black, gray, red and navy).
The collection combines elements from two brands: the Delta logo on the zipper and embroidered details on the sleeves and necklines, and Spanx’s signature ultra-surface spaced fabric for an easy and breathable fit that’s comfortable and easy to move, which is especially appreciated on the go.
From the beginning, Spanx was founded in 2000 by Sara Blakely and has prioritized products for women’s comfort. “We are honored to work with a brand that resonates with our audience and share our passion for empowering people,” Delta Chief Marketing Officer Alicia Tillman said in a statement.

“Partnering with Delta is a top-notch moment for Spanx,” said Katie Weeks, vice president of brand marketing at Spanx. “Our customers live bold, fast lives and they deserve to get travel clothing that stays the same.”
Although the limited edition Delta collaboration is new, Spanx Siressentials is not. In 2022, Spanx introduced Spanx’s staples, when wide-leg sweatpants and half-zippers included it on Oprah’s “favorite stuff” list. The permanent collection includes matching suits, sweatshirt dresses, jumpsuits, etc., all made of the same breathable fabric. However, the Delta X Spanx collaboration does include a new shade of grey. Otherwise, the only difference is the Delta logo – perhaps it attracts Delta’s particularly dedicated flying people the most.
The Delta X Spanx Collection is now live on the Delta Shop and is available only on the Delta Shop.
