At least three people in North Dakota have reportedly died after sweeping the state, causing multiple tornadoes and wind gusts, up to 106 miles an hour. The thunderstorm complex is said to have ripped off roofs, houses and apartment buildings, flipped vehicles, and paved thousands of trees. The National Weather Administration is sending staff to assess the losses.
