Croatian wins two Challenger Tour titles in 2025

Dino Prizmic will make his debut at the Next Generation ATP Finals hosted by PIF after punching his ticket after a productive season.
The Croatian started playing tennis at the Split Tennis Club, where Goran Ivanisevic and Mario Ancic also learned the game. After balancing the sport with his other passion, football, Prizmic started taking tennis more seriously at the age of 14 and moved to the capital, Zagreb, where there were more players to train with.
After winning the Roland Garros men’s singles title and the ATP Challenger title in 2023, Prizmic made waves on the ATP Tour for the first time when he won a set against Novak Djokovic at the Australian Open last January.
After an injury-plagued 2024, the 20-year-old returned to health and form in 2025. During the European Summer Split, he won the ATP Challenger Tour twice in one month, on clay in Zagreb and Bratislava.
These mid-season successes put Prizmic in a good position to head to the PIF ATP Live event in Jeddah, and he further boosted his qualification chances by reaching the quarterfinals on home soil at the ATP 250 event in Umag. Prizmich subsequently qualified for the U.S. Open and won a tour-level victory in Chengdu. He will now finish the year in Jeddah.
“I’m really excited to qualify for Jeddah,” Przymic said. “This season has been full of ups and downs but I’m really happy with how it’s finished. See you in Jeddah.”

The 2025 Next Generation ATP Finals, hosted by PIF, will be held from December 17th to 21st. Former champions include Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. Jakub Mensik, Learner Tien and Alexander Blockx also qualified for this year’s 20 and under event.
