Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of hotel group ACCOR, will open five new hotels in Asia with locations in India, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.
The first of these vacancies is Fairmont Mumbai, which plans to welcome guests next month. The property has 446 rooms and suites, located near the city’s international airport.
Guests can also enjoy five dining options, a healthy life suite and an outdoor pool.
In Aravalli Hills, India’s Fairmont Udaipur Palace is poised to open in July 2025.
The 18-acre property of the Peak Palace will offer 327 rooms, over 130,000 feet of event space, as well as a variety of dining options and a bar.
Fairmont Tokyo is ready to open on July 1, 2025, marking the brand’s debut in Japan.
The hotel will become part of the Blue Front Shibaura project, occupying the South Tower and has 217 rooms and suites. These rooms will serve local and international visitors and will provide Tokyo Bay and the city skyline.
The hotel will feature a spa, fitness center, an indoor infinity pool and multiple dining options including Sky Chapel and Fairmont Grande Ballroom.
Accor cooperated with Japanese real estate company Nomura Real Estate Development in May 2022 to establish the Fairmont Tokyo plan.
The brand’s entrance into Vietnam will be marked by Fairmont Hanoi, which opened in November 2025.
Located in Hoan Kiem Lake and the old district, Urban Resort will feature 241 rooms, drawing inspiration from Vietnam’s traditional colors and lacquer craftsmanship.
It offers six dining options, a rooftop restaurant, a spa, fitness center, a bathroom and two swimming pools.
Finally, Sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand, is scheduled to open in November 2025, will offer 419 rooms, a professional restaurant, a rooftop bar, a health and spa, and a meeting room.
The hotel is located in a walking distance from the transport center and views of Bangkok’s Central Business District. It will be LEED and green certified.
In April 2023, Fairmont announced a new hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, which is scheduled to open this year.
