The FBI released shocking new photos of Minnesota shooting suspect Vance Boelter, who believed that he shot and killed two Democratic lawmakers and their spouses, both deadly.
Two news outlets reported that Boelter was wearing a rubber or latex mask.
Authorities said the photo showed Bault in a fake police uniform that the authorities described earlier. Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley said at a press conference that Boelter, 57, pretended to be a policeman in police officers and was also driving a police-like SUV when the officer believed he was fired.
According to the ABC, a third photo in the wanted poster released by the FBI shows Boelter approaching one of the victims’ doors. Police believe Bault shot and killed Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hotman and her husband Mark after shooting and injuring state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Ivette.
Fox 9 reports that Boelter wore an “old man mask” when knocking on the door, so he didn’t “look like himself”.
ABC News also reported that Boelter “wears a latex mask that looks realistic.”
Another photo released by the FBI shows Boelter on a cowboy hat.
“The FBI has provided up to $50,000 in rewards for the arrest and conviction of Vance L. Boelter, a suspect who led to the targeted shootings in Champlin and Brooklyn Park in Minnesota lawmakers and their families,” the FBI wrote.
Authorities found his equipment in the swamp, including bulletproof vests, Fox 9 Report.
“How he is coming now is a mystery,” Fox 9 The reporter said.
He was also seen at the home of another MP Fox 9 Write.
His LinkedIn page and website said Boelter belongs to Praetorian Guard Security Services, a private security company, and a company called Red Lion Group.
Press release and ABC News reported that he was appointed as the Minnesota Governor’s Workforce Development Commission by Gov. Tim Walz and former Gov. Mark Dayton.
According to ABC News, “Dozens of Minnesota Democrats are on the target list written by the Gunners, including U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, U.S. Sen. Tina Smith and state Attorney General Keith Ellison.
“The shooter’s potential target list also includes the names of the abortion provider and pro-selectors,” ABC News reported.
