Ferrari purosangue split into half in China’s high-speed crash
Ferrari’s Prohorses recently encountered a catastrophic crash in China, causing the supercar to split in half. The dramatic images shared on social media depict the wreckage, with the front end of the vehicle completely ripped and lying in the middle of the road.

Although details about the incident are limited, it is believed that Purosangue was on high speed when the crash occurred. The severity of the impact causes the entire front (including the V12 engine and front frame) to break away from the rest of the vehicle. This suggests that like other mid-engine supercars, the Purosangue’s design combines the ability to dissipate energy while crashing to protect the occupants.
This incident is not the first time that it has destroyed purosangue. Earlier this year, another purosangue was conducted in a pre-swap test in Maranello. The car also suffered extensive damage after bent down tarmac and rolled through the fields.
The Ferrari Purosangue is equipped with a 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 725 horsepower and 528 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, allowing the PuroSangue to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph to 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 193 mph.

Recent collapse highlights the impressive but sometimes unstable nature of high-performance vehicles such as high-performance vehicles. These supercars are designed for ultimate performance and luxury, but can be tolerant at high speed, emphasizing the importance of responsible driving.
Ferrari Purosangue has unveiled Ferrari’s first four-door four-door seat, combining the brand’s signature performance with the practicality of the SUV. Despite the collapse, the Purosangue remains a symbol of Ferrari’s engineering strength and luxury.
As investigations continue to cause the cause of the crash, it can cause potential hazards associated with high-speed driving, even in vehicles with maximum safety and performance standards.
