On Friday, after initially praying with Malian, a young Malian in his twenties, the suspect stabbed dozens of times before filming a cell phone while yelling insults to Islam.

When time they were alone in the mosque, Cisse’s body was found only when worshippers began attending Friday prayers later that morning.
