The memo is the latest unsealed court evidence and comes just days after Us Weekly obtained another memo from Lively in which she spoke fondly of Baldoni while discussing what it was like returning to work and filming back-to-back projects after giving birth to her fourth child. The voice memos from both costars were sent a year before Lively sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and attempted to destroy her reputation. Baldoni denied all the accusations against him and countersued Lively, but the lawsuit was dismissed in June 2025. Lively’s lawsuit is ongoing and the pair are scheduled to go to trial in May.
