Metropolitan Memories Ronny Mauricio

The Metropolis are calling the infielder Ronnie Mauricio As Mike Rodriguez first reported, returning to the Grand Slam will be his first Major League Baseball action since 2023. Mauricio missed the entire 2024 season after suffering an ACL tear in the 2023-24 offseason and started the 2025 season on the injured roster as he completed his recovery from the resulting knee surgery.
Mauricio returns to major leagues, indexing potential damage from third baseman/specified batsman Mark Vientoshe left last night’s game with discomfort on his hamstring after running a player in the 10th inning. After the race, Captain Carlos Mendoza noted that after the exit, it looked “good” for Vientos, adding that Slugger imaged directly. The results of the MRI have not been shared publicly, but Mauricio’s trip to Los Angeles to meet the Mets must have hinted that Vientos’ IL may appear.
Mauricio is still only 24 years old, ranking the highest in the highest prospects of more than six years. He signed from his native Dominican Republic eight years ago, and his climb was relatively slow, which was granted in large part due to this injury, but now it looks promising to gain some attention. He received 26 cups of coffee later in the 2023 season and hit .248/.296/.347 in his first 108 MLB cricket match. If it weren’t for last year’s knee injury, Mauricio would likely have a bigger chance in 2024.
How to make opportunities for promising young infield Mauricio, Waynes racing time and opportunities Brett Baty and Luisangel Acuña It has been in the metropolis for some time, but the quartet has never been healthy at the same time to force this problem. Barty is increasingly looking like a strange guy at the beginning of the season, but he was shocked by a slow start and has played well enough to cut Wayne Toss’ time at third base. After collecting only three hits in the first 10 games of the season, Baty beat 101 sets with a pleasant .280/.330/.548 Slash (146 WRC+). Along the way, he had six home runs, adding three doubles, two 3-pointers and a pair of stolen bases.
Both Vientos and Acuña cooled down when Batty’s bats heated. The month of May in Acuña is rougher than the first week of Baty. He hit .204/.252/.222 last month, and has missed his three-dish appearance since the calendar turned to June. Meanwhile, Vientos has produced above average on the mid-May plate, but in the past 52 plates he has hit .191/.250/.298 in his last 52 turns. Mauricio has been re-regulating his pro ball for a long time and is ready to seek another opportunity, one that looks like he has presented himself now.
Mauricio released the horrible .125/.176/.188 line, struck out at 35.3% in the first 10 games against the injury roster, which is the distribution between Class A and Double-A. Not surprisingly, after the Mets’ recovery was completed, it was no surprise that he chose his triple A instead of calling him after the low-level minor’s performance. Return to Triple A Syracuse’s return coincides with the return form of the plate. Mauricio played in nine three games and collected multiple hits in seven of them. He tore three home runs and a double while drawing the same number of walks as the strikeout (5) in 39 sets.
The Mets may want to see how much Mauricio initially struggled among low-level minors and because he hasn’t played for three straight days at any time when he resumes his action. He has played six consecutive games since he returned to the field on April 27. Mauricio may have played a limited role early on, sharing time with second bases in Acuña and Acuña Jeff McNeillin DH and Starling Marte.
