Minecraft ends virtual reality support today

Minecraft No longer (officially) available on virtual and mixed reality platforms. The change was confirmed in today’s Bedrock version of the game after developer Mojang in October. Those fall patch notes suggest that these platforms will be removed in March, so VR-enabled players will spend a few extra weeks immersing themselves in their block world.

Deleting the entire platform is not an option for choosing a game developer. Especially when MinecraftAt any given time, the player group still remains in the numbers, and it seems unlikely that Moqin will take away virtual and mixed reality unless Moqin does not wreak heavily on many of his fans. There are still many key games that receive to make VR ownership worthwhile (Defeat Saberis anyone? ), but the title is important Minecraft Giving up hardware is not a good look.
