If you are the most important drama with the title “land” in it, the audience seems to be showing up for you. The new crime series of streamers Mobland and Taylor Sheridan showcase Landman and 1923 – making up Paramount plus the top three in history. It might be Tom Hardy or Guy Ritchie bringing in the eye, but I stick to my “land” theory.
According to the streaming service, Mobland premiered in late March and has featured Hardy as a restoration of a criminal family who clashed with another family “in a war that threatens to overthrow the empire and life.” Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren are part of the star-studded cast, with Ritchie directing the first two episodes and serving as executive producers.
The show’s 10-episode season 1 premiered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Paramount Plus subscribers in Brazil, France, Germany, Italy and Latin America will have to wait until May 30 to start watching the series.
Mobland shares a creator Ronan Bennett with the peacock’s Jackal. As of this writing, the show scored 74% on Rotten Tomatoes. If you’re waiting for more Modification, here’s your guide to playing the rest of Season 1.
When to watch MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
In the United States, the first eight episodes of Mobland are now streaming on Paramount Plus. The remaining two issues will be launched every week on Sunday. Here is the release schedule for the rest of the season:
- Episode 9: Beggar Banquet – May 25
- Episode 10: My Beast – June 1
The Paramount Plus subscription is priced at $8 or $13 per month, depending on the tier you choose. Both allow you to enter MOBLAND. The entry-level basic plan is ad-supported. The more expensive Showtime program removes most ads and includes downloads and Showtime programming. You can also buy a plan for a full year and save some money instead of paying it separately.
Paramount Plus comes with student discounts and free trials. You can also use the basic version of the service as one of the stipends for Walmart and membership, which costs $13 per month or $98 per year. You can also upgrade to the Showtime plan, but it will give you an extra $5.50 per month or $65 per year.
