Netflix teases the last season of Squid Game

Netflix releases season one trailer for the final season Squid Game. Depending on the scenes of the streaming service included in the video, the game will be restarted after the failed uprising of the show’s protagonist Seong Gi-hun or Player 456. Although Season 2 ended on a cliff, it strongly implies that the rebellion will end the game at that time and there.

In the trailer, you can see the player 456 being brought back to the coffin. After he woke up, the game resumed, the players were divided into groups, the mother and son separated, and strangely, at the end of the trailer, a baby could be heard crying. We also caught a glimpse of Jun-ho on the island searching for the game, while his brother in-Ho resumed his role as an Olympic forward after pretending to be a player last season.

Squid Game is a Korean survival thriller with themes centered around class struggle and social inequality. In this story, ordinary people are often buried in debt, desperate to make money, locked in facilities that are forced to play games. Only one person won the can of the currency player by winning the game. Others? Well, they’re dead. The first season winner Seong Gi-hun chose to return again to tear down the game’s organization, and the third season will show the climax of his efforts. Squid Game Season 3 will arrive on Netflix on June 27.
